On Saturday, January 16th, Learn 2 Fish With Us and our Angler Educators hosted a ice fishing clinic for over one hundred and fifty scouts and their parents. The event was held in Oshkosh on Lake Winnebago in Asylum Bay. Besides fishing the scouts and parents learned about safety, different ice fishing combos, different presentations, electronics, bait, tip ups. Many of them caught fish and you should have seen their smiles. It may have been a slushy mess on the ice due to warm temps and some snow. This event like the rest was FREE to the public thanks to our sponsors!! Our major sponsor is Badger Sportsman Magazine. The Reel Shot donated all the bait for the event.
