Learn 2 Fish With Us, 40th Fish Camp, hosted by Captain Greg and his crew, was a resounding success, bringing joy and excitement to campers from Brillion Summer School. The event, which took place July 25th, saw an enthusiastic group of young anglers, many of whom were in Kindergarten and K4, participating in a morning filled with fun and learning.
Campers attended a “Fishing Basics” seminar and engaged in various hands-on educational activities, including coloring fish, tying Clinch and Palomar knots, casting safely and accurately, and rigging a fishing combo. Each camper left with a fishing combo, a “Future Pro” shirt, and a fishing education book, all generously provided by our sponsors.
“We were thrilled to see the smiles and hear the shouts of ‘Got another one!’ throughout the day,” said Captain Greg. “This may have been the largest and youngest group we’ve worked with, and it was incredible to witness their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.”
