What an incredible milestone for Learn 2 Fish With Us today at the Wisconsin Fishing Expo!!
Today we proudly hosted our 500th Fishing Program — and what a special one it was. We began with a moment of silence in honor of our friend and board member Rick, whose passion for fishing and dedication to our mission helped shape so many of these programs. He would have loved seeing the room filled with smiling faces and eager young anglers.
The seminar room was absolutely packed with youth and families excited to learn the skills, techniques, and equipment needed to begin their fishing journey. From learning about rods and reels to understanding the basics of casting and safety, the energy in the room was amazing!
And the smiles got even bigger when the kids received their FREE fishing combos, made possible by our incredible Learn 2 Fish With Us sponsors. Because of their support, we’re able to remove barriers and help more families get out on the water together.
500 programs — and we’re just getting started!
